        Chocolate Chia Seed Cookies

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

  • Combine, Drop by spoonful onto a baking sheet. Bake until set.

          Cinnamon Apple Oat Crumble

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon honey

  • Bake until tender.

           Pinacolada Sorbet

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Blend until smooth.

 
         Mini Fruit Salad

  • 1/2 cup mixed fruit (grapes, strawberries, pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt (optional)
  • Combine fruits. Add yogurt if desired.
         Chia Seed Pudding
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Refrigerate overnight.

           Avocado Chocolate Mousse

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Blend until smooth.

            Banana “Nice” Cream

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • Blend banana into cream. Add honey and cinnamon.

          No-Bake Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/4 cup muesli

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Combine yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Top with berries and granola.

            Peanut Butter Banana Bites

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • Slice banana. Spread peanut butter. Roll in oats
